Welcome to Jeeta Baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Jeeta"). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jeeta Bajivalid within.

By visiting the Jeeta Baji website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. Please read the entire document carefully before you begin.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Bengali, which constitutes the original and binding version. In the event of any conflict with a translation in another language, the Bengali version shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions apply equally to the website, mobile app (Android and iOS), and the use of Jeeta Baji's services through any other channel.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on Jeeta Baji. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, email, phone number, payment method, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. Opening an account with false details is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

If any of your details change — such as your phone number or email — please update Jeeta Baji immediately.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your account with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Jeetareserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. The following documents are typically required:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership
• A selfie or video verification may be required

Failure to submit or pass document verification may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawals and other services.

To use Jeeta Baji's services, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must reside in a country or region where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You must register under your own name — managing an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making informed decisions.
• If you are an employee of Jeeta Baji or a member of their immediate family, certain services may be restricted.

Jeeta Baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Withdrawal limits may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds.
• If a withdrawal is requested before meeting the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus will be forfeited.

• Jeeta Baji reserves the right to investigate any suspected bonus abuse.

5.1 Deposit Policy

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, VISA/MasterCard
• Deposits are usually processed instantly. In the event of network issues, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• No processing fees on deposits.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (Higher limits available for VIP members)
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 6 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification may be required before processing large withdrawals.

5.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Any applicable taxes or duties are solely your responsibility. Jeeta Baji does not settle your tax obligations.

6.1 RNG & Fair Play

Internationally recognized across all Jeeta Baji games Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used. This technology ensures that every outcome is completely random and not predetermined.

Our RNG system is regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.

6.2 Game Restrictions

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• During certain promotions, betting limits on specific games may be adjusted.
• Winnings on progressive jackpot games depend on the size of the jackpot at the time of the win.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a software or server issue, Jeeta Baji will investigate and make a determination. In most cases, the bet amount will be refunded.

7.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Jeeta Baji reserves the right to accept or decline any bet. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be voided, and the original stake will be refunded.

7.2 Match Cancellation or Abandonment

• If a match is not completed (at least 90 minutes for football, or under D/L rules for cricket), the bet will be voided.
• If a cricket match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason, the stake will be refunded.
• Whether bets placed before a rescheduled match remain valid is determined on a match-by-match basis.

7.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Jeeta is not liable for any odds changes resulting from network delays.

7.4 Match Fixing

Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. Any such suspicion will result in the account being temporarily suspended for investigation, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

Jeeta Baji is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is for entertainment — not a solution to financial or personal problems.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

• Deposit limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet amount per session or per day.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (from 1 day up to 6 months).
• Permanent closure: You may permanently close your account at any time if you wish.
• Loss limit: The game will automatically stop once a set loss limit is reached.

9.1 Summary of Data Usage

• Your information is used solely for account management and service improvement.
• We never sell your personal information to third parties.
• We may be required to disclose information in response to a valid request from law enforcement authorities.
• You may request the deletion of your data, subject to any legally required retention periods.

Jeeta Baji uses cookies on its website and app to help enhance your experience. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly as a result.

10.1 Your Right to Self-Close

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before doing so.

10.2 Grounds for Account Closure by Jeeta

Jeeta Baji may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Running Multiple Accounts
• Registering with false information
• Fraud or attempted deception
• Bonus Abuse
• Money Laundering or Suspicious Transactions
• Identified as an underage player
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour

If you have an issue or dispute, please follow the steps below to seek resolution:

1. Step One – Contact Support: Reach our support team via live chat or email. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If the issue remains unresolved, submit a formal complaint to support@jeeta-baji.com. A response will be provided within 7 business days.
3. Step Three – Senior Review: The Senior Management Team will review the complaint and issue a final decision.
4. Final Option – Mediation: Disputes may be resolved through a third-party mediator, provided both parties agree.

When submitting a complaint, please include your user ID, the date of the incident, and a detailed description of what occurred.

Jeeta Baji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• The update date will be displayed on the website.
• A notification will be sent to your registered email.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

12.1 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by international online gaming laws and the regulations of Jeeta Baji's licensing authority.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
